pellet quality

Post by topper12 »

Has anone compared the Crosman premium with some of the match pellets.I had some samples that seemed to just as good as champions choice match. Could that be just a fluke? They weighed and measured very uniform. Where they were samples I wonder if they were hand picked?

They've been around for quite a while. I haven't used them in some time, but they were extremely accurate when I tried them.

I still have a practice target I shot with them with 10 shots in the 10 ring.

They were shooting them at the airgun display at the NRA National Convention here in Phoenix.

I don't find them convenient or cheap to buy or I'd probably still be using them.

Crosman pellets

Post by philip_T »

I have used the crosman match flat nosed pellets in four air pistols
with good results. In comparison to vogels or rws hobby and basic, they
were not quite as accurate. They are not as readily available, and more
expensive than the rws so I only buy them when I'm desperate.
The rws basic and hobby do all I want and I buy them by the sleeve. I have
also used crosman Hollow point as a plinker pellet.
