Walther LG200 with low V0

I just baught a ca 10years old, but extremely little used LG200.
After a few shots, the impact point of the bullets started to drop. The tank manometer still showed "green".
If I put the rifle away a day or two, and shoots some shoots, the first 2-3 shots are OK, then the power decreases. Last time I tried it, a bullet got stuck in the barrel.
I took the rifle apart, and checked packings and O-rings, but they looks OK. Testfiring after this gave me a couple of low-pressure shots, then the rifle was unable to put holes in the targets.
Is it possibly the regulator?
How is the regulator constructed?
Any other tips?

Thanks

Give Harald Stenvaag a call. He should be able to help you.

The first thing I did was e-mailing him. He said "send it to me".
I would like to try fixing it myself. As a relatively handy handyman with good tools, fixing this should be within reach.

But of course, Harald is the norwegian "guru" on Walther, and he will get the job if everything else fails.
