I am asking a favor of anyone who has the Walther Anatomic kk 300 rifle. Can you please measure the width of the stock in the action area? I am interested in milling out the stock enough so I can bed a 2013 into the stock. The 2013 action is quite wide and I am not sure if this is possible.
Thanks for all your help

Its 51mm outside edge to outside edge, but useable room a lot less. Theres oblongs shaped inlets on each side if you look at a side on photo which are inlet about 3mm taking your useable width down a lot. I've held a 2013 action up to mine and theres no way its wide enough.

Have you asked walther if they can do it for you ? I understand they are generally very obliging in such regards, and would save you the hassle.

Hi,
There is another option if you have the dollars, its the HPS Gemini TR703 smallbore stock, you can order it to suit your action, plus you can choose from a number of colours, only thing is they are based in the England and the delivery time is quite long..
