Muzzlebrake on standard fullbore?

Hello my friends!
I was wondering,if in 300m fullbore matches,the use of a muzzlebrake is legal.
Standard rifle match,that is.

I'm afraid not.

ISSF rule 7.4.1.2.1 "Compensators and muzzle brakes on rifles are prohibited."
