help finding a sling

I am a new shooter, so still in a steep learning curve.

A guy was showing me a sling the other day, but I didn't ask him where he got it.

It was leather, with the holes all numbered, and seemed like the holes were fairly close together. Looked like it wold be a nice sling for me to get used to. I have shot a couple of times with a borrowed sling, and it is time for me to get my own.

I did a few searches on Google, but must not be using very good search terms, as I was not getting much in the way of results.

Can anyone point me to a good source? Recommendations would be welcome also.

Thanks.

Check champion shooters or champions choice.

I finally found this:

http://www.championshooters.com/store/p ... 248&page=1

The description says synthetic. Any views on advantages/disadvantages to synthetic verses leather?

Thanks for the help.

There are pros and cons of both. A synthetic sling will never stretch or break but they dont really break in. a leather sling will stretch and possibly break. i prefer the feel of a leather sling but i use a synthetic sling because i dont want it to stretch or break.

Recommend you check out Creedmore shooting supplies for a possible solution to your sling search. Beware of one two buclkle sling advertised as ambidectrous with a bias cut as there is no such thing. Good Shooting Bill Horton
