Hi,
Can anyone help me with calibrating a RIKA?
The accuracy and precision seem quite low.
The instruction seem lacking too.

Calibrating the RIKA system is fairly straightforward, that's really why there isn't much information in the "Help" facility. Have a look under:

"Softeare Operating Instructions - Sights to Software Calibration"

if you haven't already done so. All the information you need is there. Make sure that you clearly differentiate between the procedures for live firing and dry firing.

As far as accuracy is concerned, ensure that the sensor is level in all 3 axes. Remember that it works in the Infra Red spectrum so can be affected by the heat from lights, if they are too close, or from radiators or heaters. It also helps if the bore to sensor distance is reasonably accurate. If you shoot with cant it is important to ensure that the sensor is positioned vertically below the barrel with the normal cant applied.

It pays to spend some time on the calibration to ensure that you have got it right and once you start the sighters you may wish to return and do a further calibration. The same applies during the series, as you can re-calibrate at any time.

It seems that sun light was the major contributor to the low precision. I just shot after sun set and it was better.

I'm not to concerned with accuracy- more with precision.
When shooting live what precision do people generally get?
Better than plus or minus 3mm?

If you have a copy of the book "Air Rifle Shooting", published by MEC then refer to pages 107-8 where you will find details of a bench testing procedure that uses SCATT. You can use RIKA for the same way. Although you probably won't have an electronic target, that doesn't matter for your puposes, you should find out what you want with paper.
