Does anybody knows how to convert Feinwerbau C10 to modern precharged air pistol ..

There are two ways I can think of:-

1) Use the Morini conversion kit for FWB CO2 pistols.

2) Sell the C10 and buy a modern precharged air pistol.

Cross over the brige and go to Hull to ask Jocelyn at Cible Canada Target. If it's possible to do a conversion he will be able to do it. If not, he can sell your old gun and get you a new CA one.
