Can you get Bullseye or Titegroup? I think WST is a relatively "fast" powder as are the two I mention. Also plenty of data available for each.

Alternative powders are Bullseye, VV N310, Win 231, ADI AP30n or AP50.
(assuming it is for a .32 or .38 target load - check load data for each powder.)
