This dress code is really stupid !

First, what does mean:
ISSF wrote:All clothing worn by competitors in training, elimination, qualification and final round competitions and in award ceremonies must be clothing that is appropriate for wear by athletes in international-class competition.
and
ISSF wrote:Prohibited clothing items for competitions and award ceremonies include blue jeans, jeans or similar trousers in non-sporting colors camouflage clothing, sleeveless T-shirts, shorts that are too short
Any judge will have his own ideas about what is "appropriate for wear by athletes in international-class competition", what are these "similar trousers", what are the "non-sporting colors" and when a short is too short !

Second, did they try to shoot in " training suits, tracksuits or warm-up uniforms," in tropical countries like Thailand ? Many shooters, especially women, use in such conditions the prohibited "sleeveless T-shirts, shorts that are too short" and "all types of sandals" that are not offensing by any means and widely used by other sports top athletes.
