Would this device work on ISSF pistols?

I have a short trigger finger, so this brace might set up my finger tip pretty well. I think as long as I do not push the pistol sideway with this, but just use it as a brace to keep my trigger finger straight, I would be all right.
Any experience with this?

If you can't tell where your finger is on the trigger you have more problems than this thing can solve.
I really don't think it's meant for match style pistols and doubt it would help and think it will create all sorts of other errors.

After having a look through, the grips are not designed to suit match pistols.
They may help with non-olympic shooting disciplines but not with olympic pistol.
When you have short fingers you need to be very conscious of which pistols and grips you buy.

Indeed, you need to select the gun and check you can move the trigger far enough back or adjust the grip to acheive the same objective. Some guns are just unsuitable for small hands / fingers.
