I have been out of prone shooting for a while. I thought I just read somewhere that the Camp Perry prone phase was 4800 points last year. What gives? When I shot there in the 1980's, it was a 6400 match - rain, wind, or shine?

yep, it changed this year to a 4800 - just cut the 50 yard match off the end of each day. Plus, they kept the match fees the same. The NRA reps at the shooter's forum got an earful about it. I haven't heard anything since...
