Which pistol to pick for plinking and target?

Post by paulo »

Is a 5 shot pistol less accurate than a single shot pistol?
Thinking about being able to do plinking, with a pisto that can also do bull's eye target.

As long as the magazine indexes correctly (and thus doesnt damage the pellets), a shooter wont notice any difference in accuracy. A clamp/benchrest might, but a shooter probably wont.
I dó have the idea that some 5 shots recoil more, and make more noise. My CO2 Steyr LP5 does anyway.
For plinking ánd target, you could look at the Drulov allthough I dont know wether its 5 shot or 8, or at the rohm twinmasters.
More expensive, the old CO2 Steyr LP5 or FWB's.
Móst expensive, the new pcp steyr LP50 or the FWB's. ;)

The Drulov is a 5 shot. The trigger is not as good as the other guns listed, but for the price it's hard to beat.
