At the first international competition in the hand of the Corean world record holder Jong Oh JIN at the World Cup Final in Wuxi/China, the LP 10 E not only fulfilled our expectations.

We knew, the LP 10 E with its electronic trigger would shoot neatly and precisely; we knew we could rely on it.
But we did NOT know, that it would provide us with the gold medal of the men's air pistol competition!

Getting 591 rings
in the qualification and
exactly 100,0 rings in the final,
the LP 10 E with electronic trigger
achieved a total of
691 rings
and its first
(but definitely not last)
international gold medal!

The shooter himself looks quite content with his sporting device...
Congratulations to him!

Well Pilk, you know that the pistol did not achieve that on it's own! However, it must be reassuring to know that a World Champion would put his fate in electronics. What customizing was done for him?

Looks like Jin's palm shelf is puttied to his palm. Two, his thumb shelf has been grounded into a downward slope to suit Jin's thumb grip.

But I think Jin did those two things on his old LP10 any way.

Pilk, on your new shipment of LP10E, what does the thumb rest look like? Is it horizontal or sloping downward like Jin's LP10E?

Did he modify his thumb rest on LP10E?

The important thing was it didn't stop him from winning it.

Hey, I Got the LP10E for a month now and i am very happy with it. I used to shoot with a Walther LP300XT. After 2 years of shooting with the Walther I was thinking more and more that i made the wrong decision to go for the 300XT instead of the LP10. Last summer i heard the roamers about the Electronic Trigger system so i decided to wait and sold the XT. I imported the gun myself from Belgium to the Netherlands.

I now have the Lp30e for 4 weeks now and oohwboy, its s really really nice gun. I shoot 359/400 directly out of the box. All my personal record are already broken within 3 weeks! The finish and quality are remarkable. The trigger is really good and smooth!
