I just picked up a CGM and need to find a tank. There is a guy that sells in town but I have no clue what to ask him for.

You need CO2 liquid, with a tank that has a dip tube (or some call it a riser tube). Tell him you need to fill the liquid, not the gas. The tube goes down to the bottom of the tank, and allows the liquid to flow into your cylinder. Otherwise if the tank has no tube, you'll have to turn it upside down, which is something you usually try to avoid with a large, heavy, pressurized cylinder!
