Looking for a Spotting Scope

I'm new to bullseye shooting and competition. I shoot in a 50ft. indoor league. I would like to mount a spotting scope to my flip top pistol box. I do not want to spend more than $75.00 on the scope. I also do not shoot outdoors. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Ask around at your club (bulletin board?). I'll bet you can find one cheap.
