air pistol choice

This is a subject that keeps reappearing on this forum (and others) so I thought I would address it.

Only a pusillanimous weenie would select any pistol but the magnificent Pardini K58 single stroke pneumatic.

Anyone who does choose, say, a PCP probably drinks Bud Light or some other pissy yellow beer. It is merely a pathetic attempt to buy a point and approach (and sniff) the big dogs.

Some (and we know who you are) feel that if they drop a couple of grand on a farkley new toy then they deserve to win. Dream on, bozos!

The only down side to the SSPs is that the owners seem to have big noses, since the air is free.

Semper fi!

Pfft... weak. You think a fancy K58 single stroke pneumatic is going to help you bring home the hardware? True men have muscles and have built them up by lifting the hefty significance that can only come from a Baikal IZH-46M.

Anything fancier or more expensive that an Izzy is wasted money. I laugh at all the extra cash you spent on your K58 single stroke pneumatic. With the money I saved with the Izzy over the K58 I was able to go buy a truck load of Wasatch Brewing's finest product, Polygamy Porter.

I'm in favor of free air and some consider my nose to not be petite.

Oz,

I cannot argue with a man of such taste and refinement.

From the land off the great Serria Nevadas, able to smell the beer brewing (on a bad day) (yes it stinks ). I do not pump my gun (I have better things to do with my left hand ) and I drink Serria Nevada beer! The crappy after taste from the last one is still in my mouth ! ( so I dont drink much beer, but the one today was sure tasty)

Muffo, after drinking all that tasteless US beer (and the Guiness outside of Ireland is in that class too) who would expect them to win anything?

I have found that I have shot higher scores with my Baikal than the much touted Morini with the electric trigger. And I drink dark rum :-) hee hee hee.

Aussie Air,

Did you know that in Dublin the largest selling beer after Guinness is Budweiser (AB Annual Report). Probably why they can't have guns.

At least the German airgun clubs serve decent local stuff and they probably shoot SSPs or at least FWB65s.

American beer is why we don't drink it at our gun clubs.

And PSP shooters are still weenies.

While this was much more relavant YESTERDAY, you know April 1st...

There's a conspiracy a'foot. All the top shooters DID arrive with Izzy's and K58's and Guinness beer. They were forced to use LP10's and 162XX's and drink Bug Light. Dig deeper. You'll find that it's the SCUBA tank manufacturers that control everything.

( you know what I mean! Like looking at porn (or shopping on line for you lady shooters) when you are working) How many of you can get away with training while at work? Thats better! me its a NO , Oz its a YES,

You know what's kinda funny about this, I actually am doing some dry-fire right now :-)

The others in my office are understanding and comfortable around guns. Luckily. One guy wants me to bring in a pellet trap so we can actually do some live-fire. Some offices have a dart-board or maybe a pool table. Here, we'll have a pellet trap.

Strange post....

The Budweiser beer, "heavy" or "light" variants, are not very tasty. About the worst "industrially rapidly manufactured liquid waste sold in cans or bottles" at the mall.

The german "weissbeer"? No, not my "pint of liquid"... either.
The Sierra Nevada "real stuff"? Have never had a single swig of that stuff. (But I would like to...)
