Steyr LP2 & LP10 rear sights

This may be a dumb question but can the rear sight assembly from an LP10 fit onto an LP2?

Looking at the online schematics, it looks like it'd be a straight swap.

Anyone tried it?

(I have an LP2 and find the 4mm rear slot too small for me with the stock 4.5mm front sight blade, even with the sight radius at maximum - I'm building up the nerve to attack it with a file but the adjustable LP10 sight would be another option if it is possible).

If you have a smaller one...file it. Then you won't be any worse off.

Yes it will but it dose cost a bit to do
