Unique pistols, hard to find if they have an official website.
I have found a site, but it seems to be cached version and not the real one:
http://gunsworld.com/french/unique/u-ar ... logue.html
http://skivebom.com/unique/catalogue.html
Anyone have it? They might be out of business, but are there any gun dealers in the US or Europe that have good info on them, and manuals?
Found the link:
http://www.unique-fmr.com/
specifically(!):
http://aime-cabrol.chez-alice.fr/unique ... venue.html
http://www.unique-fmr.com/a-lepoque-de-unique.html
I think they have spare parts too!:
Thanks
Keith

Damn, if that were a 22LR it would have been on its way to a warm home.

That pistol has been on there at least a half dozen times with no takers because it's a .22 short. It is a beautiful pistol!

I might jump on that, thanks!
I wonder, those holes on top of the barrel housing, is that stock or a mod? Other photos only show 4 holes.
Seems that Sweden and Australia were good markets for Unique target pistols and would be a good source for buying used...

here's a potentially dumb question..
Can 22 short be rechambered for 22 LR? - i.e. is there any way to convert these 22 short pistols?

Another question, any links on how to import from Oz or Sweden?
I think a .22LR is not practical.

I guess .22 is not used for match play anymore? It is now .22LR?

Yes, now .22LR - and the pistol must meet the ISSF Standard Pistol requirements (dimensions, weight, etc).
Some have converted the Walther OSP to .22LR - a search here on TT should reveal details and photos.

Well, for cheap, I can just go to the shooting range and use it as a starter pistol.

What a bummer, that Australian site won't export. Domestic sales only.
Is there any legit way for that pistol to get into the hands of an aussie exporter, who will then export to a licensed firearms dealer in the states?
