Is that NG 20x33 realy good enough for 50m freepistol? Indoor and outdoor.

rather go for the NG 30x50 ?

I'm looking for a 'small' lighter scope. For the moment I have an old Kowa, it's too big and too heavy.

Ken - in poor light those smaller scopes are a challenge even at 25 metres. For 50m, shooting on paper targets, you'll need good glass to spot .22 holes in marginal lighting. I'm using a Nikon 20x60mm "Sky and Earth" scope that has excellent optical qualities. This class of glass is really what's required to positively spot small holes in the black. Of course, holes in the white are far too easy to see... ;-)
