Atmospheric variations x air cylinders

Hi all,

Do variations in atmospheric conditions affect the workings of an air rifle (or pistol, for that matter) and its cylinder? Living in the tropics I feel that sometimes depending on aircondition the pressure in the cylinder goes down too fast...

No, other than the effects that they have on the ballistics of a projectile.
