Hello everybody:

I live mostly in hotel rooms due to my work, and I want to keep training. I wonder if it is not of a risk to keep my air rifle (FWB 700 ALU) in the trunk of my car (inside its case). I heard that any match air rifle is sensitive regarding heat and temperature changes. I live in the Caribbean, and the temperature here rises sometimes from 90-100 Fahrenheit, even more on Summers.

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards, JC.

Threat of theft aside, I would take the cylinder off of the rifle. Keep the cylinders with you, if possible, at normal room temperature. Or keep them in a cooler (ice chest), not necessarily to stay cold, but to keep from getting hot. (when air, or CO2, expands in hot enough environment, the seals could rupture)
