affordable electronic target system?

Does such a thing exist? If so, are they reliable compared to SIUS-ASCOR, which is the systems used by ISSF .
Affordability would depend on what the available budget is.
I've used the Megalink targets, and they are priced lower than the Sius-Ascor units. I've had good reports on the Meyton equipment, which I believe is priced between the other two.
The Meyton target system should be cheaper to run, as there are fewer, if any, moving parts.
