I take it your just talking about shooting and the 8 Olympics too;

Ian Millar is 61 and this is his 9th olympics.

Ragnar Skanakar from Sweden did qualify but the swedish NOC decided aganist him because the olympics are "for the youth of the world".

The oldest olympian champion ever (so far) was Mr. Swahn from Sweden. With 60 he won his first gold medal in 1908, after WW I he returned to the games to win again with 72 - reaping silver this time.
