need advice n suggestion
hye everyone..i would like to ask a question..i hv been stop training for 2 months,so that i can focus on my studies..but i have an important tournament in about 2 months time..i didnt hv enough of time to train because of my hectic schedule..i would like to know is there any physical exercises or mental training that cn be done(while away from range) so that i can shoot at my best performance? my event is 10m AP men..

The best "no gear" training you can do is visualization. Get comfortable, then see yourself doing perfect shot routines. Don't think about scores, just perfect shot routines. See yourself in a match while doing these shot routines.
Scores aren't important because you have no control over them. Shot routine is important because you have 100% control over it... perfect the shot routine and the scores will take care of themselves.
Past that, I agree with David, dry firing. Different kinds too, against a blank wall, with your eyes closed, against a target (or scaled down dot), etc... Hopefully you can find someplace that has a floor similar to where the match will be (so, not on carpet). Pay attention to your balance and inner position.
