Hämmerli FP10 extractor problem

I purchased a brand new Hämmerli FP10 friee pistol 9 - 10 years ago. The first production run. Serial no. 10x.
The extractor was from the very beginning not working perfectly. Gun was returned to the Hämmerli factory after a few months. I was surprized to find, that after the factory "adjustment" of the extractor, extraction had not become any better.
I have used the gun as is for these years, and extraction has slowly grown worse.
Today I can only use ammo with "hard" cases, e.g. CCI Standard. (Yes, I know, CCi Standard is not common free pistol fodder, but at least the cases are extracted and ejected porperly).
When using match ammo, say Lapua/Schönebeck stuff, spent cases will usually stick in the chamber after firing.
Cleaning and thourogh scrubbing of the chamber does not cure the problem. Inspection does ot reveal any residue buildup (in front part of) chamber.
By opening and cocking the action, cocking set trigger, and then "dry fire", and let the firing pin hit the case rim again, the "twice fired case" will usually be extracted 1 - 2 mm by the extractor. And hence, the case can then be pulled out with a finger nail.
Annoying, one might say.
Any cure for this?
The Hämmerli is now under control (and new locality) of the large syndicate also owning the Carl Walther company.
Any experiences from the customer/repair service level of the Hämmerli company under the new arrangement?
