Morini CM84 Trigger Adjustment

Post by Haleva »

Does anybody know what would be the weight increase for a complete clock wise turn of the trigger adjustment screw using the default spring ?

What would be the default weight of the factory settings ?

Thanks

CM84e Springs

Post by PaulT »

Three springs were supplied with my unit, “spring 1” and “spring 3” were supplied in separate packages so that infers “spring 2 is installed. The default setting was 60g and one complete turn on this pistol with a relatively new spring was approximately 11g.

For free pistol, I don’t see the point of knowing the weight of the trigger pull as (a) it is not regulated and (b) the feeling of the trigger that you, the individual shooter is comfortable using is far more important.

Ah, so why did I measure the weight – I try to record the settings of the pistols so that if anything needs repairing or replacing, I can quickly return it to its original in-use position, similarly, if I change anything in training, then it can be put back to a last known good.

I would say these are delicate springs and I don’t think we will see great uniformity in their g change /turn.

EDIT: I should say, my unit is the Electronic unit.
