Mounting SCATT sensor to a CM@@

Good day everyone

I recently bought a SCATT and have been using it with my LP10 wonderfully... well ... using it at least.

I'd like to analyze my 25m Sport Pistol match - dry fired - as well. The rapid phase in particular. I was nearly pulling my hair out last night trying to get the sensor onto the CM22 though.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get that little holder onto the CM22 so that it doesn't move every time I re-cock the hammer?

Any ideas will be MUCH appreciated!!!

Thanks
Pat

Scatt manufacture barrel inserts for this purpose.

The (aluminium?) insert fixes into the crown end of the barrel and the sensor fixes to that. You have to be a bit careful how you rest the gun between shots to avoid leaning on the sensor.

Or you could try the method this shooter triedon an SP20.

Did it work? Don't be stupid, of course not. Those are rubber bands. Still, it kept him out of trouble.

David, thanks! (for not mentioning the name of the shooter).

I tend to remember the main reason for not working was that the range was too bright for the Scatt to work.

Nice pair of legs though..........
