SSP & cleaning?

I just got my SSP (stamped "AH" aka: 2007) last month. It seems that after 150-200 shots the slide gets slugish, and I have to "help" the slide close properly. I have only shot about 2000 rounds.
Will this get better after more rounds are put through the gun?
Am I lubricating the gun to much and the oil is trapping the residue? (I use Corrosion X)
Or are the spring(s) to weak?
Other than this I am truly happy with my SSP!

Bigger surface

On my SSP I found out that the reason for this to happen is the fact that the contact surface of the action is quite big. This increases the resistance between the frame and the action.

I rcomend that you use as little lubricant as possible to prevent the build up of dirt. Liquie Moly is a great lubricant that is "drawn inn" by the metal. It gives great lubrication and is dry.

We actually testet the liquie Moly on a cople of guns, by shooting thrug a cronograph before and after treating the barrel. The average bullet speed increased between 30-50 fps on .22 guns. We tested on old Walther GSP, brand new SSP and Pardini.
