Hi all

I'm thinking of doing this because I just cant get the trigger where I want it and theres no way to adjust it, which I could do with an LP10 trigger blade. For the sake of £25, seems like a reasonable idea to me. Any thoughts?

My LP2 seems to have all the adjustments of an LP10 just with a more narrow plastic trigger blade.

Maybe mine is newer?

I put an LP10 trigger on my LP1P, so I'm assuming it would work on an LP2 also. I like it, except it lengthened the distance from the rear of the grip to the face of the trigger blade. I sanded down the back of the part that holds the post the trigger blade is on, but it's still a longer reach.

Yes, I use it on my LP10. You are right, it is a little aggresive but not unpleasant at all (at least with the 500g trigger of an AP, could be different if mounted on a standard pistol) and gives you a very accurate positioning and feeling of the trigger. It provides also a lot of adjustments possibilities.

Actually, I was used to the old LP10 trigger blade (the small black one still mounted on the LP@) then I moved to the new model (silver, wider) and didn't like it.

With mine I cant make any adjustments to the blade except to rotate it around the bar at the top, and to move it back and forward along the bar. I need to move the blade around its center. Mines metal, so perhaps mine is a different one to yours.

I've got a bit of space remaining to squeze into, so hopefully that would be OK.

I like the look of the TEC-HRO but its twice the price, plus some shipping for germany so I think i'll try the Steyr, and if it still doesnt do the job i might get one. Thanks for the pointer!

So I got the new blade through very quickly, good service from Harry at Steyr. It has some more adjustment, but nothing like as much as the TEC-HRO. For those considering this upgrade :

The new blade has a bar that comes down from the top bar and moves on the top bar like a pendulum. You can move the blade up and down the pendulum, and the pendulum comes down through the blade so you can rotate the blade around it. It is also substantially wider and a bit shorter. I have found it much more comfortable in dry fire, and I'll try it out down the range tonight.

What I wanted was to rotate the blade around a point in the centre of the blade going from front to back, so it could be canted at an angle, but still in the vertical centre of the pistol. The other one could do that... we'll see.

well I got the LP10 blade, which was a step up but still didnt fix my problem. Then I went aha and bought the Tec-HRO and it is truly excellent. If in doubt - buy one of them !
