Pardini K58 trouble

Hello.
My K58 no longer holds air. One day it functioned as designed but the next time, nothing. It is as if the cocking stroke is insufficient to allow air to "enter" the system? Does anyone have a suggested diagnosis?
I have a gunsmithing background with international guns, but I am unfamiliar with this model.
I appreciate anyone's advice.
