Hello,

Is there any organization or group that plans trips to other countries for shooting competitions (besides the olympic comitee, USAS, or AMU)

I am looking more for local state level matches to meet people and travel.

I would very much doubt it. Try asking USAS and your own regional representatives (if you have them). You'd probably have as much luck getting together a group of like minded shooters and acting as organiser yourself.
