As I have been struggling to teach myself 10m match shooting, I have noticed a phenomenon, which doesn't surprise me but does raise some questions.

That is, my benched sight in POI differs from my standing POI. Obviously, this is a result of my own technique. The question is, should I adjust my sights for my standing POI or attempt to change my technique to try to match my benched POI?

Forget the benched POI it is irrelevant. You shoot standing and that's what you need to use to sight in your gun.
