New to the Kneeling position.When horizontal Npa is off where is the best place to pivot from and which foot do you move?Thanks

Turn your whole body on the kneeling roll.

When my natural point of aim is off in kneeling I move my left foot [right foot if u are a lefty] to the opposite direction of where you are aiming.
