if you cannot find a shooting shop in LA try looking in a hiking/mountain climbing/outdoors shop
you can get Helly Hansen tops that are skin tight (not too much) and they have the sweat removal/cooling/warming features

To my knowledge there are no dedicated retail outlets that stock rifles, clothing, ammunition or accessories for international smallbore or air rifle in the Los Angeles area, other than FWB air rifles.
If you want a dedicated shooting sweater, made specifically to be used under a shooting jacket, you going to have to order it.
If you are looking for sports underware that will work, such as Under Armor, Patagonia, etc. Try Sports Chalet or REI. They have a wide selection and several stores in the basin.
