Those of you who have experience with RFP, what intervals do you recommend for the first shot on each string (8, 6 & 4) and for each additional shot? I'm working on some training stuff, and this would be helpful. I loaned out all my books on this, and they haven't found their way home.

I only do this with air so the added complexities of recoil etc may change things for you. I normally do 3, 2, 1 which is probably nearer to 2.8, 2 and 1.2 secs. I can't remember what the books I have suggest but I vaguely remember being in the same kind of ballpark.
