how to do changes in grip of morini 162E1

hi friends
i am a air pistol shooter.
when i ups the gun and comes down my fore sight goes to left sligtly.if i increase the pressure by tip of first finger then sight moves in middle.what to do.
what to remove from grip or where to add.please tell me.
