finger muscles....

Some seem to be linked between fingers. Stick your hand out and try to bend ONE finger, you will likely see another finger also moving.

You need to feel your hand and practice to "decouple" the movement. Not easy but it can be done.

First exercise.

Put your hand in front of you like you are gripping the pistol.
Now move your trigger finger, like you are pulling the trigger.
Your other fingers should NOT move.

Admittedly this exercise has a limitation, your grip changes when you grip a pistol, from the force of the grip. So...

The 2nd exercise is to do this gripping a pistol and "feeling" if your other fingers move.

gud luk
