What pellets should I try for a FWB 300 I just purchased?

Thanks
Steve

Mine likes the Vogel Match LG pellets from Pilkguns. The 4.51 mm seem to work best for me, but try some other sizes as well.

I've foudnd that Airguns, like rimfires, have their own preferences in pellets.

You need to buy a selection of various pellets and try them in your gun. A mechanical rest is best for testing because it removes the human error.

Our club has an Angie rest we bolt to the floor for testing air rifles. We've acquired a larege selection of various pellets.

Buy a variety and try it out. You might be surprised to find that an inexpensive pellet will shoot VERY well from YOUR rifle. YOUR rifle may not like what mine likes at all, and instead shoots better with another pellet. The only way to find out is to test in YOUR rifle.

If you are not a serious shooter, you can simply stop at "good enough," which is where I stopped.

I just use Vogel Sport from Pilkingtons. Shooting from a rest, it goes where it is aimed, and I can't hold off-hand anywhere near what I can shoot from a rest, so better pellets won't buy me anything. So for me Vogel Sport is "good enough."

gud luk
