Primer preference for .32 S & W Long

I know there are many opinions about which primers ignite more uniformly etc..
In fact I got two opposite answers from two different people at the local gun shop.
So the question is, "what is the best small pistol primer for loading .32s for serious target shooting"? Thanks.

For straight-walled pistol cases at 25 meters, pretty much any *reliable* primer will be just fine. Uniformity of ignition is just not an important determining factor for accuracy with pistol cartridges at short ranges.

The ability to properly spin up the bullet in the currently available match grade barrels is much more important.

Does anyone know what the "optimum" twist rate is for a 98gr .32 wadcutter projectile?
