Red dot sights legal for 10 m Air Pistol Five Target Event ?

Can someone please let me know if red dot sights are legal for the
10 m Air Pistol Five Target Event?
If so, what is the right size dot to get.
Plus, any suggestions for a quality open red dot sight for a Steyr LP50
