mental presuar handling

now i am playing on national level but in every match i am feeling very nourvous please tell me what i will do in match and how to prepar myself[color=darkblue][/color]

Practice (the match, and mental pressure). During a match focus on the technical aspects of producing a technically good shot and keep repeating. Ignore the event itself - just keep focused on your shots (and just the one in the gun, not the previous shot(s)).

As with everything practice will reduce the stress but so will specific mental training / coaching. Check out some previous threads (and one on the shooting lounge now) and consider getting some books on the subject. One I recommend is Lanny Basshams 'with winning in mind' <I think that's the correct title'.

Nope it's deffinately 'with winning in mind', that I've got. Unless he's done another book. Anyway, whatever the title it's a very useful addition to anyones shooting library.
