Anyone heard about SportRAC???

Dear fellows,
Have anyone heard about a joint rehabiliation device called SportRAC Shoulder Component being used by athlete shooters to improve stability in shoulder muscles?
I saw such devive in the site www.performancehealth.com and seems interesting.
