I have just been to the optician to update my glasses, and my Knobloc shooting glasses. In the past, I have had +0.15 adjustment to my normal reading glasses.
I see that some of you are talking about +0.75 up to +1.0.
An optician who was a pistol shooter, some years ago, told us that we should be having our shooting lens at +0.50 for a clear front sight.

Some very valid comments, too, regarding removing the iris when shooting Rapid Fire. Obviously you do not need "Tunnel Vision" for that event.

Some shooters in my club use Transisional glasses (International Standard shooters) These glasses are excellent when shooting in the Open air when there is very bright sun, so you don't need to have sunglasses.

I know I am getting on in years, but I can see which way to put the air pellets in the gun without glasses! (Ha!! Ha!!!)

OK Alex, you might have me there but I still scored higher than you at the MISC Open - even with a couple being loaded back to front!!!
