The RWS site is certainly better than many, with velocity data (and energy for the rifle cartridges) at 0m, 50m and 100m.

Rifle (650 mm barrel) V [m/s] 330 294 271
Pistol (130 mm barrel) V [m/s] 285 262 244

What would the results be for the cartridges shot in the opposite barrels?
