Mark-If you go to olympic pistol-NEW MATCHGUN MG2-page 2-you will see under Trigger 25 a photo of older style extractor. A few entries down is the thinner extractor/bbl combo.Perhaps this helps.Bottom line-new bbl most likely will eliminate the rupture problem. Erod
