Customized Grips - Who & Where?

Greetings all,

Can anyone give any information as to where and who would be able to make me a grip for my 84e ?

I have tried adjusting my existing grip but have had no joy. I think the only option is to have a totally new grip made to fit and I know a few on Target Talk have had grips made.

Could anyone give any details of who to contact about getting a grip made?

Please bear in mind that I am based in the UK but willing to travel to Europe to seak out the best ...

Not sure if Willy Hoffman is still making grips in Germany.
Les Bowler in the UK used to, as did Derek Gent.
Try contacting the British Pistol Club, someone there should know the situation.

Suggest getting them made to a hand print, it works well enough most of the time.

Rink offer a wide range of options to cater for a variety of hand, finger and even dominant eye variables. They are worth a look, my wife is left eye/right handed and picked up their 7 degree offset version. She says it comes close to the alignment of the axis adjustablity that she has on her MG1 grip.

I am very sorry to say that John Cooke, who used to make the grips for Bowlers, passed away in April.

If you look at this old thread you will find the details for (Mr) Ciro. He used to be the grip maker at Morini. Very nice work.

If you take a look at the Rink website http://www.formgriffe.de/, I think you 'll be convinced about the quality of his products. I own 4 grips from his shop and they are a pleasure to use.
Money really well spent.
