Does something already exist?
I am looking for software that would allow me to record range info, conditions, scores, fall of shots, equipment configurations, calender for training planning and goals etc. For smallbore and fullbore rifle - so all ISSF targets and others too if possible.
Any recommendations?

Man ... a nerd after my own heart.
I think you'll just have to come up with a spreadsheet yourself.
The problem with a fancy computer based system is that it's hard to haul to the line with you.
So IMO, your best bet is still your shooter's notebook & a pencil .... transfer it later to the spreadsheet for analysis ...... BUT .....
All that time may be better spent doing holding & dryfire exercises.
As a coach I do all the nerdy stuff for my shooters (keeping track of trends and stats) ... a good 15-30 minutes per day doing a holding exercise will benefit them more than facetime in front of a computer.
Yes, you do have to self analyze, but don't "over think" it.

Hey all!
Why dont every one describe all the things you record during training as part of your shooting diary.
Also describe how you want this software to function.
I run a software firm.. probbaly will do something with it for shooting.
The more the participation in this topic, the better software you will get.
