Need advise on detachable scope rings

I am looking for some advice on quick detachable scope rings for a weaver base. The scope is a standard 1" tube. I need to be able to remove the scope, shoot iron sights, and put the scope back on without a lot of sighters. Nothing seems to work as well as the old lyman/unertil scope block stuff:) I am sure this is a common problem so maybe you guys have found the right answer.

I can't make any suggestions as to scope rings, but I used to use an ESP sight rail with the scope affixed to it, and remove the entire rail, never actually removing the scope rings. I was always very close in my zero when it was re-mounted, sometimes several months apart.
