Cheapest source for several IZH-46M pistols for School Team?

I am the team captain of the Pistol Team at a large University. We are a club sport with a limited budget. I contacted Pilk, and they have no IZH's in stock, nor would they have been able to discount them if they had.

Where would be the best place for me to place an order for several IZH air pistols? Is there anyone that would give us a break on the price? Any discount would be a tax-deductible contribution.

I have five from a local high school team that can no longer shoot air pistol. They want $250 each for them plus shipping. Pm me and I can send you photos and answer whatever questions you may have.
