RF chambering

Post by GaryN »

I thought the ISSF changed the RF from 22short to 22LR.
Or was that just a proposal?

OK I'm confused,
The ISSF rule 8.4.6 looks like 22LR, with a min bullet weight and velocity requirement for RF.

Is the Olympics using a different rule?
I think the video caption mentioned 22-short.

If it did then it was wrong (not for the first time).

You are right, 22LR, 2.53g minimum bullet weight, 250m/sec minimum velocity.
